About Robert
Coach, Educator, Movement Nerd.
I’m Robert J. Valentin, a TPI Level 2 Certified Golf Fitness Coach based in Elk Grove, CA. I help golfers improve mobility, build strength, and move with confidence so they can play longer and pain‑free. I’ve coached juniors, adult beginners, and seasoned players across the Sacramento area, from first‑time golfers to competitive club members, all with one goal: help them move better so their swing can do what it’s meant to do.
Why I Coach I’ve spent my entire career teaching movement, first in the water as a swim coach, and now on the course as a golf fitness specialist. I believe every golfer deserves a body that supports their game, not limits it. When mobility improves, confidence improves. When confidence improves, the swing follows.
